​Current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs. Each dog must have it's own walker. For safety reasons one person may NOT walk multiple dogs. ​No shock collars or electric collars. No Dogs pulling wagons, 2-wheeled vehicles, including Segway™ Human Transporters, skateboards, Strollers larger than 36" x 52", suitcases, backpacks or similar bags with wheels, Suitcases, backpacks or similar bags larger than 18" wide x 25" high x 37" deep that could cause a tripping or other hazards. Geriatric, special needs and small children are the only exceptions, NO WAGONS FOR SHOPPING BAGS, ETC. ONE BAG PER PAID ENTRY!

 

SDI, Security, and Representatives reserve the right to request anyone to leave the grounds.

 

Liability Release

 

I have read, understood and agree to the statement below.

 

I, the undersigned, am aware that participation in an event is a potentially hazardous activity, and that I (or my child, if I am signing as a parent or guardian) and my dog should not so participate unless physically able.

 

I verify that I (or my child) and my dog are medically fit to participate and will have sufficiently trained for the event prior to participation.

 

I (and my child, if I am signing as parent or guardian) agree to abide by the rules and decisions of any event officials relating to participation and assume all risks associated with participation in the event and any associated event or activities, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, contact with other dogs effects of the weather such as high heat, and/or humidity, cold, traffic, road conditions, all such risks being known and appreciated.

 

In consideration of acceptance of the entry fee and intending to be legally bound, I (and my child if I am signing as a parent or guardian) and any one entitled to act on my (or our) behalf(s), assume all risks associated with participation and waive any and all claims whatsoever against, and fully release Service Dogs, Inc. (Texas Hearing & Service Dogs), its staff and Directors, Dog Walk volunteers and all event promoters, and sponsors and their representatives and successors, from all claims, damages, or liability of any kind arising from my (or my child’s) and my dog’s participation in this event.

I grant full permission to any and all of the foregoing to use my (and my child’s) and my dog’s name, or photographs, videotapes, or other recordings of participation in the event, without obligation and liability to me (and my child). I also understand that entry fees are not refundable.

 

I have read this agreement carefully, understand it, and certify my agreement by ordering tickets.
